We were so happy to find Kris as our buying agent especially as first-time home buyers who have only been in the City of Edmonton for four years. We found Kris unintentionally at the very beginning of our house hunting journey as we were interested in a house she listed, and she was very honest about the situation of the house and explained the reasons why it wasn't a suitable option for us in an easy-to-understand and a very friendly manner. This is when we decided we wanted to consider her as our buying agent as she was very personable and trustworthy. We found our dream home listed within days of our official meeting wit Kris; when sharing our interest in viewing and potentially making an offer on the house, she jumped on it right away, arranged viewing, coaching us on next steps, and drafting a very compelling offer for us all within a very short time frame. She was never pushy and very patient. Her creative mind also helps clients to think and look outside of the box - we found a hidden gem as a second option as well. Ultimately, we did get our dream home and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even after taking possession, she would still check in on us to make sure everything is okay. Home buying journey can be a stressful one, but Kris definitely turned it into a smooth and enjoyable ride.
