In spring this year Krista was helping us with sale of our house and also with a purchase of a new home. Krista provided exceptional professional service with very friendly and pleasant attitude. She was responsive, communicative, always punctual and always on top of every detail. We felt that she had our best interest in heart. We were lucky to meet her and we would recommend Krista to anybody who is looking for an agent who you can count on and who will make the real estate transaction smooth, pleasant and reasonably stress free.

Krista was amazing to work with from the moment I first spoke with her on the phone. Krista sucessfully negotiated an extremely 4 property deal, involving many parties for a revdevelopment project in uptown Waterloo. She was fantastic! I highly recommend her!

As young home buyers, buying a home can be an overwhelming process. We wanted to make sure the home we picked fit our needs long term, was within our budget and didn’t come with any hidden surprises. Krista listened to exactly what we needed in a home and made sure the houses we saw fit our needs. She was very knowledgeable when it came to knowing the marketing, and having a good understanding of what houses might sell for. She was also very thorough during every house tour making sure she mentioned the year of everything in the home, explaining potential maintenance requirements and hazards that we didn’t know to look for. During this process we also had to travel two hours to Kitchener with a 5 month old baby. I can’t thank Krista enough for being so understanding with showing dates/times and making sure there was time in between showings for our baby to be fed & take naps. Krista truly cares about her clients and it shows when she’s willing to get to know our family, text us at any hour of the day, pick-up our late night phone calls to talk through every detail of the purchase and make sure we have everything we need for the move, beyond just the house. I truly believe our family wouldn’t have found our forever home if it wasn’t for Krista’s patience, understanding and flexibility. I would 100% recommend Krista to, she truly is the best!

She helped us clean, stage, list and show our property. She kept it picture perfect while buyers came through. She even cleaned our house on moving day when we ran out of time.
