Krista helped us navigate through a simultaneous purchase and sale. For the sale, she researched the market and provided reasonable recommendations that ultimately helped us close extremely quickly in an unpredictable and down-turning market. Of note was the patience and professionalism that she maintained while dealing with an uncooperative purchasing agent who threw some unexpected curve balls our way. We felt that she always had our best interest at heart. Ultimately we were extremely happy with the outcome! For the purchase, read the last paragraph and add some more! We feel we got an amazing price on an incredible house. She always provided a transparent reflection of her thoughts with each house we toured, and we toured many! We felt as though she listened to our "wish list", helped us find it, and then secure it! Selling a house is never easy, and finding a new house that you love is even harder. We're very glad that we chose to work with Krista! She was available to listen to the challenges and offer guidance on how to make the process easier. She was honest, open, and always available - even late at night and during camping trips out of town. You can't go wrong in choosing Krista to do the same for you!

Krista has been the best agent we have ever worked with. From the initial meeting to discuss our wants/needs, to the day of our closing (and checking in shortly thereafter too) she was always making sure we were satisfied. Krista was so attentive and easy to get ahold of, that we truly felt as though we were her only clients (which we know was most definitely not true)! She has great attention to detail. Krista is a full-service agent- anything that needed outsourcing to prep for selling, or issues that popped up during the closing process, she had contacts for and she even got in there with hands on help herself. Krista was great with our kids while going through houses, giving us a chance to look around in detail without the kids getting bored. She easily pointed out the drawbacks and pluses of homes that we may have not thought of and truly understood what we were looking for, allowing her to point out listings we would be interested in. Even in a cooling market, Krista's selling and marketing plan won us several offers, allowing us to get that "SOLD" within 2 days at well over asking! I would not hesitate to recommend Krista or use her services again.
