Being from Ontario and wanting to explore the Okanagan as a potential place to live we asked some good friends in Kelowna if they could recommend a real estate agent. They recommended Krista with the comments "simply excellent" and "No one is better". High praise indeed! When we contacted Krista on short notice about viewing a property of interest she jumped right on it and took us through the whole buying process efficiently and diligently getting us answers to all our questions and hooking us up with other professionals. We would echo the recommendation our friends gave and certainly recommend her highly ourselves.

It felt like Krista had only 1 client: us. Krista was always there to answer our many questions. Krista helped us understand the Kelowna Real Estate market and guided us from getting to know new neighbourhoods to finding our new home in Upper Mission. Krista was also concerned with our needs during moving into our new home. She understood that we didn’t have things in place yet to make lunch, so she brought us a delicious Sushi platter. Later in the day Krista brought us a wonderful gift basket full of delicious goodies, and a bowl with small plants in it, and a decorative rock that reads: “Home, sweet home”. Krista treated us like Royalty, and she held our hand when we needed assurances that we made the right choice in buying our property. Krista did not sell us a house, she helped us find our dream home. We are so grateful to Krista.

Krista is 5-Star all the way!!! She was there for us 100% while constantly setting us up for success, including having a home inspector on speed-dial in case it was needed. She was also there on moving day to lend us a hand and make sure we were satisfied with the condition of our new home. Above & beyond in service!
