Krista is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in Kelowna. She does what she says she is going to do. She is very easy to talk to and excellent and experienced at negotiation. She was very good at ensuring our interests/ concerns were dealt with and looked after.

We had a great experience with Krista in a challenging market. Unfortunately for us we were buying in a time with homes receiving 10+ offers and going well above asking. She understood the challenges, was realistic and honest with us about what it would take to get into a place that we wanted. We needed that and it really helped us set realistic expectations for ourselves. She also came up with creative ideas to help put us over the top on our offer. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know a whole lot about the process of dealing with lawyers, mortgage specialists etc. She totally sorted us out and helped us find the right people for us. Overall we could really feel that she was invested and wanted us to get a place we were excited about. Buying a house can be a crazy experience and we felt like were great hands!
