Without a doubt the best experience we’ve had with a realtor, ever! Patient, kind and truly “in the know”. She kept us in the loop at all times and kept our best interest top of mind. We’ve purchased and then later sold with Krista- we appreciate her and recommend her absolutely.

Over 3 years ago my wife and I were looking to move from the lower mainland to Kelowna into our forever home. We met Krista as she had a listing on a house we looked at along the way. The house was very nice, but didn't fit what we were looking for. Krista didn't push; instead she took the time to get to know us and our needs in moving to Kelowna. We didn't buy that house, but made the choice to work with Krista as our buying agent. Krista kept looking with us and for us. She kept us in the loop as to new listings and the rapid changes in the market. She showed us countless homes over time with perseverance and without complaint until she found us the right home. Some we saw in person; many we saw online due to various travel restrictions. We stuck with Krista as we believed in her and she, in turn, stuck with us. Ultimately, two years later, Krista became aware of a new listing just coming on the market. She knew the listing agent because she grew up in Kelowna and has practiced here for years. We saw the house online, and Krista walked us through it with her phone. She said it was the first house she had seen that "ticked all of our boxes". She was right. We bought the house over other offers within 3 days without ever having stepped foot in it as was the market at that time. We made the offer because we trusted Krista and she had taken the time to know who we were and what we were looking for. We firmly believe that we would not have found our forever home, or had a successful offer without Krista. She's very competent, professional and trustworthy. She knows what she's doing and a joy to deal with. My wife and I are forever grateful. Thanks Krista!!

Krista recently helped our husband and I find our first home, we had always viewed home ownership as something out of reach for us. Especially in Kelowna, post Covid, amidst rate hikes and out of control prices. Krista was encouraging and made us feel like we had a chance to make it happen for us. Our home hunting experience was crazy - we had just 30 days to port our mortgage, which meant we had to tirelessly look at multiple homes each day, carefully weight our options and promptly take a decision each night whether we wanted to put an offer on any homes we had seen that day. Krista understood our urgency, offered great advice in terms of pros and cons of each property, its location, comparisons to the other homes we saw…. She was always professional, super prompt with responses to all our queries, great problem solver, highly knowledgeable, awesome negotiator, and extremely respectful and sensitive to our needs. When I buy our next home couple years later, I know I will stick to Krista. She genuinely cares for her clients - gives them the time and attention they need… she definitely won our trust!
