Krista sold our beloved family home that has been in the family since 1946. It sold for $40K over asking price in two weeks (in a time when multiple offers weren't happening often). She knew exactly where to price it to drive the interest to our home. Her communication with all the family members was fantastic and we were never left wondering 'what happens next'. She marketed the home and handled the negotiations professionally and with our best interest in mind. We will definitely use her again for any future sales.
