If you are looking to purchase a home in Sault Ste. Marie, I (we) highly recommend Kim Porco. Right from our first meeting, I felt comfortable with her. I outlined our expectations and she worked tirelessly through Zoom calls for open houses while we were transitioning Toronto to the Soo. Once we moved to the Soo, she took us to open houses (as we had no car) and she was always presented the pros and cons of each property that would impact us; as this was to be our retirement home. I should also point out that often times you are in a bidding war for your home purchase, but Kim always tried working within our budget which we very much appreciated. And yes, we did get into a bidding war, and we are happy we did. We are enjoying our new home despite still unpacking boxes almost 2 months later.

Kim was the absolute best ! She provided the best service. She listen to want we wanted never rushed us and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her , she has great insight about the area and very knowledgeable about the market! We couldn't have asked for a better relator!
