Kim has helped my family through buying and selling multiple different homes over the years. It finally came time for me to buy my first home and Kim made the whole experience so easy and stress free. I of course didn't know much being a first time home buyer, but she taught me everything I needed to know and did everything in her power to make it all work for me! I couldn't be happier with my new home!

As a first time home buyer, I was out of my element, had no clue what I was doing or how to Navigate the extremely competitive market I found myself in. Kim took all my worrying and stress away, she talked to me on a level that I could understand and treated me like I was family. I wasn't just another fish in the pond, I was given the best advise and guidance on the biggest investment I would ever make. I would 110% recommend Kim to EVERYONE! She goes all the way, there's no such thing as a day off for this women, she gets things done and doesn't quit until she gets you a home! Them blazing 777 won it all!!

Kim was a phenomenal, competent, and trustworthy real estate agent - we cannot recommend her enough! She did a lot of research on the neighbourhoods we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about the market in general. Kim has an awesome personality and is a particularly good communicator; she carefully answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable at every stage in the process. We also loved that Kim was not a "sales person" and always prioritized our interests. If you are looking for a great real estate agent, go with Kim!
