Being a new home owner in Thornhill looking to lease, I was unsure which real estate company I wanted to work with. So I vetted out between 10-15 companies all within the Thornhill area through several emails and calls. Following a week's worth of investigating, it was Adam from Key Group Real Estate that ended up taking the top spot. Without knowing if I was going to even choose his team to work with, he would always respond to me in a timely manner (same day or next morning), ensure that all of my questions were answered in detail (regardless of how many I would ask), and would even provide additional information that I wouldn't have known to ask about in the first place. Needless to say, Key Group Real Estate ended up being fantastic team to work with in leasing out my condo unit. Adam and his team handled the entire process very carefully and flexibly, working closely with me each step of the way to ensure all of my decisions were well informed.

I get it. You are skeptical about five star reviews. And I understand because exactly one month ago, I was in your shoes. I've read the reviews, I've heard from references, and I was still a little skeptical. But sometimes, the reviews are absolutely right. Sometimes, you walk away with more than you bargain for. This has been my experience with Adam and the Key Group team. They are responsive, always answering my questions promptly and thoroughly. They are professional, always handling my appointments and contracts in an organized manner. They are persistent, always talking to the vendor agent to establish a good rapport and gain valuable intelligence. But most importantly, they are patient and gentle. Even though we went through three unsuccessful offers together, Adam never once pushed me to go for a price I wasn't willing to pay. He explains the recent market activities to me. He adds the insight he gets from the vendor agent. He synthesizes all the relevant information. And in the end, he empowers me to make a good decision and walk away with a good house at a fairly reasonable price. Overall, the buying experience has been smooth and comfortable, thanks to Adam and the Key Group team. Being in a red hot housing market in the dead of winter, this is a phenomenal accomplishment. Thank you so much for your good work, Adam, Giselle, and Brandon. I would recommend Adam and his team to my friends and family.
