Kevin was amazing to work with. We connected with him from another province, and he was exceptional from the start. He viewed properties on our behalf (even through FaceTime) and shared valuable insight about Kelowna and the areas that would best suit our family. When we finally met Kevin in person, he felt like an old friend. He’s incredibly easy to get along with, a strong communicator, and a quick responder who went above and beyond to make the entire process of buying from hours away feel seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Kevin for anyone buying or selling in the Kelowna area.

Kevin is an experienced, extremely professional and so wonderful to work with , he swiftly executed the sale of my condo in a month with the price point I wanted . With the market the way it is I was worried and had fears of it not selling before deciding to sell . Working with Kevin calmed all that almost instantaneously, my pictures were beautiful, how he wrote the description of my home was perfect . I had many showings . He never made a decision without me and kept me updated on anything pertinent and felt he went that extra mile any chance he could . He put me first as his client and I felt very safe and secured having him as my realtor. If you want a smooth, worry,-free sale or buying of a home I would highly recommend Kevin.. I can honestly tell you I had a pleasant time selling my home which I never ever thought could even be possible . Even when some common and not so common hiccups came along the way, he handled it with poise and confidence.. He takes the time to explain everything to you and never makes you feel like you don’t have a voice, I could call him with any question I wanted and felt he truly cared about each and every one of them. Very helpful answered any and all of my questions. Was very friendly and was on time every time. Listed my house and posted the pictures in good detail.
