I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and Kevin is about as good as they come. He is my go to guy. Just gets it done!

Kevin was very patient with us as it took some time for us to really decide what type of housing we wanted to buy. He was very responsive when we wanted to look at a property and arranged it right away. He was a skilled negotiator and he knew the market very well. When we sold our house, he helped us to price it appropriately so we were never without interested potential buyers. He kept us well informed throughout the buying and selling process and it all went much more smoothly than I expected!

We went with Kevin when we were looking to purchase a house in 2010. As we were new to the Okanagan his outstanding knowledge of the area, and the west side in particular, was instrumental in helping us find the perfect house for our family in what turned out to be an excellent neighbourhood. With Kevin's exceptional negotiating skills we were able to get the house we wanted at a lower price than we expected. Fast forward 10 years and a change in careers meant another move for us so when it came time to choose an agent to list our sale we went straight back to Kevin again and we could not have been happier with the results!
