<p>I'm so happy I was able to work with Nancy. She was so attentive and was such an amazing communicator during the process of finding our first home. Nancy was always so quick to reply with any questions we had via email or text. She sent us great listings which she new were in our budget and would work for our family.</p> <p>Me and my husband felt comfortable with her from the get go and always felt she had our best interests at heart. More importantly, we never felt pressured into buying or finding a home. As first time home buyers we are so new to the process and she has been able to walk us through and explain everything. We will definatley use Nancy in the future and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new home to use her as their realtor.</p>

Yvonne Kaczor from the day ONE was very professional and dedicated to sale our property. She was very diligent with every task that we asked her to do. Yvonne answer her cell phone at all times and she was getting back to our e-mails in less than an hour. Yvonne was always very positive and uplifting. She was very good negotiator and she remembered all details about the property. We are absolutely going to refer Yvonne to our friends and family as a realtor.

Nancy was very efficient. Always easy to get in touch with. She paid attention to our likes and dislikes. The areas she showed us were all good for us, and within reason.

Julio was great, he was knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and very pleasant to work with. As this was the first time I sold a home, I was nervous about the process, however Julio explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company!!
