Working with Dean was such a pleasure. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and took the extra time to ensure he had answered all of my questions. Dean provided practical advice to support the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. Dean provided a recommendation for a home inspector, Steve Pockett (HMP Home Inspections), who was knowledge and thorough. Steve provided detailed recommendations to improve the condition of my home pre-sale. Dean's colleague, Suzanne Hanlon, attended a couple of viewings with me. She was professional and knowledgeable and it was of advantage in this competitive market to have the extra support for time sensitive viewings. My overall experience with Dean and the team was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of his efforts and skills resulted in two successful and stress free transactions. I would certainly refer Dean to a friend or family member and would use him again in the future.

We worked with Nancy Ackerman. Nancy helped to both sell our property and to buy a new one. This was the first time that we had sold a house in Canada and Nancy helped to navigate through the complex and very different (to the UK) process. She was always available and went on and above to prepare both our property and ourselves for the selling process. She is excellent at communicating with her clients which was vital in this fast moving market. On the buying side, Nancy arranged for us to see many properties and always acted with the upmost professionalism, and, patience. She guided us diligently through the buying process on our new property, which we are very excited to relocate to. Again being new to the process, we would have found it daunting if we did not have the fantastic support that Nancy gave to us.

Realtor Julio Mendez is amazing! I just bough my 3rd property with him. While the previous 2 were investment (rental) properties in Windsor, this 3rd house was to be matrimonial home and as such, the selection criteria was very different. Julio was with us during the entire process, which took 4+ months. He patiently let us figure out which geographical area/property style we want vs. what we can afford, while we took him on a wild goose chase all over Ontario: Niagara region, London area, Windsor, Hamilton. Julio sent us recommended properties, comparables, gave us advice and patiently stood by our side while we make up our mind as the prices kept increasing. At the vert end of the home purchase cycle, after many bids, houses, disappointments, etc., we were almost ready to give up: that high were the prices, with only 2-3 days on market which acted against us if we needed to travel for a viewing. During the entire process, Julio was professional, prepared, punctual, patient (can't overstress that) and got us a home. We ended up purchasing a house he found for us. We liked the vicinity to our parents, to the city, its master bedroom and quiet neighborhood. If i had more money, I'd buy again with Julio, he is that good! Highly recommended realtor.

We really liked the Kevin Flaherty team’s approach to real estate. The marketing, use of technology in particular drones and 3D images made the difference in selling my mother’s and our homes. We truly felt that Nancy was knowledgeable, dependable, available and knew the answers when we needed them. We highly recommend her and the Kevin Flaherty team!
