We are extremely happy with our choice to use Keri as our realtor! She really knows her stuff. We are first-time home buyers, and she took the time to ensure we fully understood the process, every step of the way. She seemed to ALWAYS have an answer to our questions, and trust me, there were a lot of questions. Keri sat down with us and really listened to what we wanted and needed from our home. It was obvious to me right off the bat that she understood us, because she started sending us listings that totally fit our dream. Not only is she extremely competent, but she's also great to work with! Keri was easy to reach and had very clear communication. She made the process fun for us. You of course need a competent realtor, but it's definitely a bonus to like their personality too! Keri, thank you so much for helping us find our home!

Keri helped me as a first time home buyer and the experience was wonderful! She worked around my crazy schedule and has great connections to set you up every step of the way. She answered my texts and emails straightaway no matter what time of day it was. She helped me get exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t have done it without her. Keri is very knowledgeable, calm and focused. She was always able to point out things to us in properties to consider, even though my husband is a tradesman and we’ve done lots of renovating, she still pointed out problems we didn’t catch, solutions for spaces we couldn’t figure out a plan for, estimates for renovations we’ve never done before and I just so appreciated that. We entered the market at a really hard time, tight on budget, finances were stretched, leaving a house we loved, sale prices were declining and rates increasing, so everything was incredibly stressful. I think it was the most stressful time of my life for a lot of personal reasons and Keri just took it all on her shoulders, she calmed my stress, provided so much counsel, I truly couldn’t have faced it without her. Just her being a fellow parent was so nice, she easily understood what it meant to sell, pack, shop all with a kid. So it wasn’t an easy process for me but Keri was a shoulder, a guide, she pushed us forward to get to our goals utilizing her expertise and patience. We’re now happy in a new home, settled and much less stressed.

Keri was awesome. Was able to get the house we wanted for the price we wanted and was able to sell our home in 1 business day (over a long weekend though).

I was lucky to find Keri online! When you are short on time it is great to find a website that is able to help find someone. It was because of her ratings that I chose to reach out via email and she didn’t disappoint. She was very prompt and helpful with her response. I was set to move from out of province on very short notice. We met when I arrived and very quickly got to work looking for a place to suit our needs. Knowing absolutely nothing about the area I cannot stress how nice it was to have someone who grew up here to work with. I would not have changed a thing, which is a rare thing in what can be a stressful time. You won’t regret working with her! (Ask about restaurant recommendations too 👍)
