For anyone reading this, please bear with me as this review is long but I felt it necessary to explain a little about me to bring more weight to the review. I went to Google like anyone who doesn't have a "person" and found Keri on "Rate-My-Agent" because she had excellent reviews. With a baby on the way and this being my first house, I was leery and protective. I thought I would be able to do this without a real estate agent, boy was I wrong. I have expectations, don't deal with bull**** and tend to be very critical when a service provider doesn't have my interests in mind (Just ask my bank). Keri would never think I could be an ***hole because she never got that side of me. I can't think of one time when purchasing the home when she wasn't stellar. I can't even think of one complaint. She was ALWAYS tentative and honest, with my interest at the forefront. IF she didn't answer the phone immediately then she would send a text saying she was busy and would get back to me shortly. All my questions and concerns were addressed and any issues I had were taken seriously. Keri was very knowledgeable and was someone I could lean on during this experience. I never felt insecure about the advice she gave because it was always sound. She was down to earth and always willing to tell me if I was wrong. I will be calling no one else and have found a "person" in my future real estate endeavours. She has already been recommended to my friends and family. I truly lucked out and it would be a poor decision for anyone to not contact Keri. She deserves any business that goes her way.

We cannot say enough good things about having Keri Harstad as our agent. In addition to being very knowledgeable about real estate, she returned our calls promptly, and was always eager to address any of our concerns. She had everything laid out step by step so that we were well aware of the entire process. Keri has a wonderful personality and is so easy to talk with, and on top of everything else, she was able to sell our house very quickly. Thank you Keri!

Keri kept doing her research with our rare case. We are from the US and had a lot of hurdles to jump in order to purchase property here in Canada. We are extremely grateful for her knowledge, perseverance, flexibility, kindness and overall care for our needs and wants in a home.

Where to even start?!?! We could not get over how knowledgeable and professional Keri was through the whole process of buying and selling. She was very prompt with her replies to each of our inquiries and we were beyond impressed with the level of knowledge and insight she could provide. Her humour kept us sane and made what could have been a stressful process into one that was actually FUN and EASY! We were floored at how professionally put together her entire workflow was from start to finish...from providing us with tips for staging our house before we listed to handy lists of resources to contact for the rest of the moving process. It's no wonder we sold our home within a day! Keri fought hard for us to achieve our dream. Walking through the doors of our new home was definitely the best feeling ever! The red bow she tied on the front door was such a thoughtful touch for our possession day and the housewarming gifts she left for us were so generous (and delicious!!). We appreciate Keri so much and will be forever grateful for her expertise. 🩷

Keri was extremely helpful. She was in contact with us regularly, even while on her holiday. She and her team were able to find a great home for us in a very competitive market. We felt as though we were in the hands of a very caring professional person. Her attention to detail and helping us to guide us to the best property helped take some of the stress of finding our new home. After the purchase she provided us with great information on the next steps and even where to reach out to get the things we needed done. She is a fantastic agent and I would recommend her!

Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. As first time home buyers, she gave us much needed support and guidance throughout the whole process, way above and beyond our expectations. She is not pushy at all, did not ever pressure us, and laid out all our options clearly. I highly recommend her services and speaking to her as the very first thing out do when considering buying or selling. It would have saved us so much time and headache if we talked to her first, instead of trying to do it all on our own. Doing our own research was important to us but having Keri on our team made everything go so much more smoothly. She is a five star realtor, and for good reason.
