We worked with three different agents in the past five years, and our experience working with Ken was by far the most successful and beyond outstanding in our recent purchase of our house. To start, Ken is not one of those agents who likes to throw numbers at you (to dazzle you with recent real estate reports, trends in the market, etc.) or try to manipulate you with numbers/stats. He really tries to understand our needs, our preferences, our priorities, and what we look for for a house. When going to see private showings with us, he would give us his honest opinions about the houses; and what I appreciate the most about him is that he's WILLING to ask any questions and make requests for us on our behalf during negotiate process. Not a lot of agents are like this -- like really put himself in buyers' situation! We had used agents before who would tell us "it's not possible..., this is reasonable given..." when it comes to making requests. Ken, on the other hand, not only helped us ask what we want to ask but he also followed through with these requests, and he stayed on top of things. We don't need to constantly remind him, check on him, HE TAKES INITIATIVES AND FOLLOWS THROUGH!! Before our subject removal date, he even made a trip to City Hall to make sure there's no 'right of way' on the land and making sure all the permits are in place and looks OK. This gesture really just shows us how *Above and Beyond* he is in his work!! I highly recommend Ken to our families and friends, and if in the near future we are selling/buying again, we will definitely come back to Ken Hu!

When we were searching for our next place to live, we contacted Ken to help us to search our potential place to live based on our criteria and price range. We were lucky Ken was repending us at the time as he helped found our current home was able to negotiate to a reasonable price in a nice neighborhood which we would never thought we would be able to afford and live in. During the negotication process with the seller, Ken acts very professionally and strategically to negotiate down the price that we were comfortable with not simply demand their client keep raising the money without a proper plan in order to win the purchase. What we appreciate the most is once the sale ie completed, Ken takes the inititive and continute to follow up with the seller on some existing issues which were promised to fixed but hasn't been completed until things has been done. A lot of time real estate agent left the picture already as soon as the transaction is completed and buyers are pretty much on their own. I would recommend Ken to others if anyone who is looking for their next place to buy/sell as we had deal with other real estate agents and the experience is not the same comparing to Ken.

Ken and his colleague Martin Madura did a great job selling my parents' house. I leaned heavily on their recommendations and expertise, and am happy with the outcome.

Ken had helped us sell our apartment during this very hard market and was able to get us a fair price that we were comfortable with. He had also helped us buy a property that we liked. Knowing my wife and being how I am, we must have not been the easiest of clients to work with but Ken has been very patient and available to us at all times which was very helpful during this stressful time. We also liked his personal approach on how he he did things and was very helpful with providing us data of the neighborhood and markets, information on properties, and follow-ups along this whole process.
