Ken was awesome to work with. The marketing plan and assets compared to other realtors we spoke to was great, from the floorplans, to staging, to the amazing video. He put together an amazing plan that got us the top dollar for our home in the area. Even the little touches in his help with the move and cleaning was unexpected and much appreciated. We got more than we ever thought for our place, and I think a big part was due to what he brought to the table above anybody else we spoke to.
