When I was looking for an agent to buy a home in 2019, my co-worker recommended Ken to me. Ken is an enthusiastic and professional agent, who not only helped us purchasing our home, but also provided us quite a lot of practical follow-up information we need, such as what to do after moving into a new home, how to maintain the house during winter/rainy seasons etc. Using a number of techniques (such as email and YouTube channel), he provides us more information about current market trends in the neighbor-hood, property values, and amenities in the area, enabling us to get an up-to-date knowledge on the housing market. I have recommended him to my friend who is planning to sell her house and will definitely recommend him to others who are going to buy or sell their houses.

I've used Ken twice more since my last Review. He sold another assignment for me which was a painful process due to the developer but Ken managed to navigate it well and got me what I was asking for it. The second was far easier, he sold a condo of mine in Mount Pleasant. He advertised it beautifully with a wonderful video and great photos. He sold it for asking price on the first day of showings. I've used Ken for 5 properties now and still can't recommend him enough.
