This was our first time selling a home, and the entire experience while working with Kelly and the rest of the Decourcey team was stress free! I could not recommend them more. We did not lose a minute of sleep during the entire selling process. Because everything was so well taken care of we were able to focus all of our energy on finding our perfect home to move into. As first time homebuyers, especially ones coming from another province in this kind of market, we had a lot to fear. Not only did Kelly literally walk us through every house on a phone, she was amazing at situating the neighbourhoods and explaining the pros and cons of each. We felt throughout that Kelly earnestly cared about finding the right house for us. It was clear she wasn’t just working for a quick sale, but working for us. When we did find the house we wanted, Kelly guided us through the bidding process and was an amazing resource for the process that followed. Kelly went to bat for us more than once during the purchase of our home, and she was instrumental to the sale getting done on a very short timeline. Our whole family will wholeheartedly, unreservedly, and eternally recommend Kelly as a real estate agent to anyone and everyone who ever asks. More than that, she is always welcome at our home. Kelly is an absolute gem. She patiently went above and beyond to help us secure our new home during such a competitive market. We actually bought our home from out of province, but she was there every step of the way to remotely give us tours of any property we were interested in. She was so caring and thoughtful and continually went out of her way to help us. Kelly is a great communicator and so easy to get a hold of, with very quick turn around time on emails, texts, and phone calls. When we were looking at properties, she always gave her honest feedback on whether or not she thought it would be the right fit for our family, and made sure we had viewings swiftly after homes were listed. She is knowledgeable with regards to offers and counter-offers, and she helped us set realistic goals. She has lots of valuable connections with various people in the industry, and they all came through for us many times. We will absolutely be using Kelly to help us buy more properties in the future!! Kelly was beyond amazing helping us find our first home. She answered every question we had. When she did not know the answer, she did not stop until the answer was found! Another great characteristic about Kelly is she is very honest. She never tried to upsell a home that we did not love. We would absolutely work with Kelly again! She made a very stressful market an easy experience for her clients.

Kelly is amazing! My partner and I were first-time buyers, and she made us feel comfortable and secure the whole way through. No matter how many times I asked a question about the process, she always answered with patience, care, and expertise. As we looked for homes, she held our best interest in mind, never making us feel pressured to close the deal. Kelly was always available, and never made us feel rushed - we truly felt like her only clients. Even after closing, Kelly still makes herself available to us for answering any lingering questions we may have about our property. Plus, look at her smile! She has a great smile. We moved from Ontario to Quispamsis during the pandemic. It was our first time buying a home over the Internet in a new city and Kelly was extremely helpful and made viewing the homes remotely very easy. Kelly knows the Saint John area incredibly well and was able to provide us insight about the different neighbourhoods and schools that we wouldn't have known otherwise. She also helped us understand the mechanical differences in the homes in NB (wells, propane, heat pumps, electric heating, air exchangers). Even now, she is always happy to provide advice on services and amenities in the area. Due to the low supply and highly competitive market, there were times we lost hope and thought we'd never find a place, but Kelly really came through and found us the perfect house for our family right in our most desired neighborhood. Kelly has a warm and friendly personality. We really enjoyed working with her and feel she had our family's best interest in mind. We would highly recommend working with Kelly if you are looking for a property in the Saint John area.
