Kelly was simply incredible to deal with. Incredibly responsive, understanding and resourceful. She came prepared, and delivered!! We couldn't be happier with our sale, and sale process. By far the best experience we've ever had! I would highly recommend her and her team!!

Kelly was patient - I knew I wanted to sell, but wasn't sure exactly when. She visited me a couple of times, at my request, to keep in touch - she'd been highly recommended to me by a friend who she had (and still does) worked with. When it looked good to sell, she was on top of things immediately, set up a schedule of visits and within 5 days the house was sold. We had set up a late closing, but when a place became available earlier than expected she was instrumental in negotiating a change, and made excellent suggestions regarding a suitable moving company and also the cleaners. As I was not there for the final closing, she looked after everything with the procedures at that time. And imagine my surprise when an NB box arrived shortly after I had moved to Ontario! Kelly went way above what she needed to do; always encouraging and so understanding - I hadn't moved for over 30 years so wasn't very educated on what had to be done. She is, in my opinion, a STAR. Kelly was so helpful, kind and patience as we navigated moving provinces and changing our minds on location and price range multiple times over the course of a few months. She was available to chat whenever we needed her and showed us every house we were interested in without any hesitation. We enjoyed spending time with her and she shared valuable insight about the housing market.
