I haven’t purchased a home in almost 20 years, and Keith was exactly the right person to guide me through the process. He and his team did an amazing job at helping me to prepare my house for sale. He knows the neighborhood well and did a great job of connecting me to resources, eg a handyman and a real estate lawyer. He was great at communication every step of the way. He is a great guy and l appreciated his patience and calm demeanour as this process can be stressful. I have no qualms recommending him to anyone looking to buy and sell their homes!
