This is my first time dealing with such a large transaction. I have been overwhelmed with grief having lost three family members in a short period of time. Keith’s kind words, confidence, and knowledge of what he is doing has made me feel safe and comforted during the sale of my family home. We were moving to Ottawa for the first time for a rental property. Starting a new job, needed to move quickly, with a specific area required to work for work location. We were referred to Keith by a friend-of-a-friend and it was the best referral I have ever had. Keith was responsive, thoughtful and helped us find a perfect place for us. What amazed me the most was he quick response time and his incredible ability to make a (surprisingly) complicated process understandable and manageable. There was a lot of paperwork, going back and forth, submitting forms - and Keith helped with it all - with a smile and good humor! As I now sit in the apartment, wildly happy, I can only thank Keith and encourage you to work with him. He was perfect for us!
