Karrie Grewal help us find our focus a settle on the perfect situation for the family. Karrie made herself available both in person and electronically. We were never without the ability to have our questions answered. When some issues arose about a property Karrie had contractor friend of hers explain clearly the technical issues we faced. Karrie’s ,business partner Paul, would a company Karrie to look at houses with us lending his experience as a former builder pointing places that needed a little or a lot of love. We felt Karrie was an integral part of the process. Her opinions were well thought out and only offered them when asked. She never pushed or played games. Karrie is an excellent realtor.

Karrie was awesome through the whole transaction. She knew the area and the price point for the house we were looking at and insisted on ensuring we got the home at the price it was worth, this saved us a lot of money as we liked the house and probably would have over paid if not for her knowledge. She referred some home inspectors and ensured we had all the required documents for our lawyer and mortgage broker. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Professional, organized, patient, and easy to spend time with. She absolutely had our best interests in mind, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Won’t consider buying or selling in the Okanagan with anyone else!!
