Karrie and Paul worked hard to understand what we were looking forward and directed us accordingly. They responded quickly to help us transact and close on the property we wanted.

Karrie was our realtor in a very heated market with houses selling quickly and well above asking price. She was a pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond to our texts and emails. The hot market resulted in the bookings for showings being quickly filled but she found ways to get us in to see the house even though we live six hours away from where we were buying. Facetime was a great way to deal with the distance factor! Karrie was on top of all aspects from making the offer, dealing with the subject to clauses, arranging for the home inspection and closing the deal. Karrie went WAY BEYOND what I have previously experienced from a realtor. She is smart, hard-working and knowledgeable. She responds quickly and positively to all requests for help or information. She has a winning smile and personality to match. My purchase was of a smaller home but she treated me and my family like we were purchasing the Tai Maj Mahal. In my opinion, she is the best real estate agent in the Okanagan Valley and I recommend her without any reservations to anyone needing an agent!
