It’s because of her previous positive ratings (that we reviewed prior) that made us ask her and her company to represent us with our sale, and we are so very happy we did! Not only was she knowledgeable and skilled with the entire sale process, she also was able to guide us whenever we were unsure or needed help with solving any issues that might arise. Karin was always on time, stayed in close touch during the entire sale process and returned calls promptly. We all felt that Karin’s communication skills are excellent and she made us all feel very comfortable whenever we met, spoke or shared messages. If Karin says she is going to do something she does so promptly and we never had to worry that our best interests weren’t being acknowledged or met. Selling our family home was one of the most stressful things we’ve ever done.
