First found Karin when I was looking at houses without an agent (she was the listing agent). After that initial house was not on my list we kept in touch and she quickly was finding houses with all my wants and was able to help me find a couple of beautiful places to choose from. She helped with all of the uncertainties of a first time home buyer and made everything so easy and stress free

Karen was very professional and always available to respond to any inquiries. She helped sell my father’s home in a timely manner which made his transition to an assisted living facility smooth. She is genuine, caring and we will work with her for any future property real estate needs.
