After searching for nearly 3 months for a suitable home with an inexperienced realtor, Karim was referred to me by a friend. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! Karim "got me" after our first meeting and we found a home that fits me perfectly within weeks! He is a true, experienced professional from start to finish. He negotiated not only an excellent price, but so many other details other realtors would have missed. Karim is easy to talk to and to communicate with, always a quick response via email or a phone call, which I appreciate! Karim understands the market and shares all the pros and cons of location, dwelling and price. His experience is invaluable! I only wish I had met him sooner! I highly recommend Karim and would definitely use him again - except I am NEVER moving again because I live in the perfect place for me. I am finally HOME!
