After searching for nearly 3 months for a suitable home with an inexperienced realtor, Karim was referred to me by a friend. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! Karim "got me" after our first meeting and we found a home that fits me perfectly within weeks! He is a true, experienced professional from start to finish. He negotiated not only an excellent price, but so many other details other realtors would have missed. Karim is easy to talk to and to communicate with, always a quick response via email or a phone call, which I appreciate!
