Julia is incredible. My Fiance and I were moving from Ottawa to Toronto and we were searching for a house rental in the right neighbourhood. When we met Julia, she was accommodating from the very beginning. Even with having no prior connection to her, she took us on as her clients and made the entire house hunting process such a smooth one (considering Covid and distance being a factor). Our tours of homes were done virtually, which Julia had organized and completed for us. She was thorough and spoke her honest opinion when entering a house. We were impressed with her knowledge of the surrounding areas and the neighbourhood/what it offered. Julia was always willing to go above and beyond. We were able to contact her by phone, text or e-mail through out the day and we would always receive a response. Her personality is so easy to work with because she is the entire package and more! She is understanding, patient, hard-working and advocated for us when speaking to other agents on our behalf. We could not have asked for a better agent! One quality that separates Julia from other agents is her undeniable passion for real estate and ensuring her client's needs are met. She made sure that our "wish list" items were met before viewing a home and provided her expertise about other comparable homes within the area. After securing a home, Julia continued to stay in communication and if we had any questions she was happy to help us through the process.
