My partner and I were moving from Chicago to Toronto and couldn't have done it without Julia. Finding the right spot in Toronto was daunting, but Julia kept us motivated, in good spirits and focused on the criteria that really mattered. She really went the extra mile for us. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Julia was super helpful, she was knowledgeable, got a good sense of who I was and what I wanted and helped make sure I got what I wanted. I am new to the process and she was helpful and informative, and she was very quick to respond making the process smooth and easy.

Ive and I met Julia 3 years ago when we were looking for our first rental condo. We had such a great time with her back then that we decided to ask her to help us to find our first house in Canada, and I can tell it was an wonderful experience. She is super professional, knowledgeable, and found us a home that was the best fit for us. As we were first time home buyers, Julia was very patient and explained us all the steps of the process and was available all time we needed to support us in moments sometimes we didn't know exactly what to do. We are so glad we found Julia and cannot imagine going through a home buying process without her. I am sure she will be present in our lives everytime we decide to sell/buy/rent a place now. I extremely recommend her for any real state process.
