Julia was a fabulous real estate agent! She was extremely reliable and incredibly flexible with getting us in to see houses within hours of them being posted. She was very knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods and did a great job of settling us into a perfect fit. As clients, we always felt like her #1 priority as she would always find a way to work around our schedules. She was always prepared for the viewings and had all the paperwork ready to go in the very competitive housing market. Would absolutely recommend Julia to anyone looking to buy!

Julia was always accessible by telephone or text over a period of 4 months; managed what could have been a very difficult situation because of a buyer with some unusual demands or concepts of his rights requiring both a stiff spine and the exercise of some diplomacy on her part which diffused the situation; dealt with an inexperienced buyer's agent and basically talked him through the process; knew people with special skills that could be called upon if necessary and had ready access to them; and, to top it all off, Julia was able, at the same time, to assist our son's family in finding rental accommodation when they arrived from abroad. Both of us felt well-informed and supported throughout the process.
