Listen, I’m not playing when I say Julia is the best. Like, by a mile. Or 1.61kms, whatever unit of measure turns you on. She is so thorough and detailed, she knows how to go to bat for you and get the best deal, and will go above and beyond to make the deal happen, including taking multiple trips to your potential new house to liaise with the inspectors and specialists you need to review things before closing. She will find you the best house, get you in to see it, negotiate the deal, and cheers with you as you settle in.
