She was great at giving us pointers on how to prepare the house for showings. Once we were ready the house sold for over asking and in 9 days. We were over the moon with her service. Anyone, in our opinion, would be lucky to have her as an agent.</p>

Joyce is very easy to work with, friendly and caring! We have used her as an agent several times and have always been satisfied with the outcome. Our last sale went well over asking price due to her suggestion of holding offers for several days. We highly recommend her!

Joyce did a great job in finding a house for me considering I was buying from out of province. I had really no idea where I wanted to live except that I did require high speed internet as I work from home. The search went from one coast to the other until I figured being close to Halifax was the best. We had a few challenges and a some good laughs..but in the end it all worked out. Unlike in todays markets, we did not have tons of people lined out the door, but Joyce was able to sell our home is a few months and get us what we had hoped to get for the price of our home.
