An amazing experience with Joyce. She was attentive, professional, and always thinking 5 steps ahead. We had a tight timeline, and she was able to make everything work. She has amazing relationships in the field and it would not have been possible , nor enjoyable without her valued experience and professionalism. Recommend !!!!!!

My husband and I LOVED working with Joyce - as first time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect throughout the entire process, and truthfully felt a bit overwhelmed before meeting Joyce. She made the entire process feel effortless - a few things we specifically loved about Joyce; 1. Joyce took the time to get to know my husband and I - to understand what we were looking for in a home, what we were hoping the space would be for us, and our goal for our first home. 2. Joyce helped to educate us on things to look for in our homes - regularly pointing out things we hadn't noticed or supplying us with the facts about a house so that we could have a well-informed discussion about pursuing the home. 3. We never felt any pressure to pursue homes we didn't love OR we felt didn't check our "big" boxes. Joyce was always incredibly supportive of our decisions and did a great job of providing space for my husband and I to mull over our decisions, and kept us in good spirits that the right house would come along (and it did!) Joyce was always incredibly communicative, imparted a wealth of knowledge on neighbourhoods and house specs, and was always very professional! Bottom line - we felt Joyce really cared about finding us the right house, and we cannot recommend working with Joyce highly enough. Joyce - thank you for all of your hard work, professionalism, care and attention!

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Joyce. We were first time home buyers and she was very patient, knowledge and ultimately a huge part of the reason we found the right house. Joyce helped us search for several months untill we found the right fit. She was comfortable providing her expertise but also cognizant to allow my wife and I to learn a little as we went along. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience.

From the start when I first contacted Joyce, throughout the entire process, all of the way up to the sale date, Joyce has been like a Superwoman. She has answered all of my questions, provided positive feedback when I needed it, prompted me when I forgot to do something and also did it regardless of what else was going on as if I was her only client. I can't describe how kind but also knowledgeable she was about every step of the process. When you don't know enough to ask questions, she made sure she provided you with the answers before you even asked the question! Honestly, having someone there with that kind of experience, kindness and quality makes a huge difference while you are going through the entire process.
