After we met him on the first day,<br /> we knew that he would be a great advocate for us. He was down to Earth,<br /> friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He does not push you to action<br /> unless you are 100% comfortable and he is brutally honest, a trait not<br /> found often. We later decided to search in the Durham region and John went<br /> above and beyond the call of duty, making the trip to show us homes there -<br /> and with that, we found the home of our dreams. <p>John is an aggressive sales rep which has the best interest of the client in mind. John is very outgoing, personable, and easy to get along with. He was always on time for our house viewings. He negotiated the pricing on the house we ended up purchasing well. He made the time to show my wife and I a number of locations. As picky as we were, John kept on with us.</p>

<p>John represented us during the sale of our home. He was amazing to work with. We always felt like he had our best interest in mind. John was extremely patient as we never felt pressured. His market knowledge and attention to detail was absolutely priceless and really played an important role during this fairly stressful time. John was always available for us no matter what time of the day and consistently kept us informed about what was going on. What impressed us the most was John's negotiation skills. Thanks to his tenacity and resilience, we were able to sell our home in a short amount of time above what we had expected.
