<p>As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed with questions about<br /> processes, financing, how to choose a dream home, etc. Knowing I was<br /> interested in buying a property within the next year or so, I met John at<br /> the end of June 2014 so that he could guide me through the realities of<br /> buying a home and help me understand all of the different factors I will<br /> need to consider (financial, location, different laws, tax policies, etc.).<br /> This meeting was absolutely helpful and my intention was to let the<br /> information sit and return to John at the end of 2015 when I was planning<br /> on seriously shopping around.</p> <p>At the end of July 2014, I happened to see a condo for sale and I asked<br /> John if he could show it to me in person, "just to see" I said. I fell in<br /> love with it and decided there was no need to wait another 12+ months to<br /> move forward. John showed me several other condos exactly in my preferred<br /> location and price range, demonstrating that he truly listens to and<br /> respects his clients needs. Within two weeks of looking at my first<br /> property, I was the proud owner of my first condo/home.</p> <p>John was dedicated throughout the process, easily and quickly accessible by<br /> phone and email, and worked diligently to ensure that all of the different<br /> pieces that go into making and closing an offer fell neatly into place for<br /> me (everything from financing to lawyers). John called on closing day (this<br /> past Tuesday, September 30) to congratulate me for picking up my first set<br /> of home owner keys. He was, and continues to be, an absolute pleasure to<br /> work with. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him as a real<br /> estate agent. He is honest, genuine and personable. I will strongly<br /> recommend him to all of my friends looking to buy or sell in the Brampton,<br /> Georgetown, Caledon, Oakville and Milton areas.</p>
