<p>We sold our house recently with John Gaio and have nothing but praise and admiration to say. John was brilliant and was really instrumental helping us navigate through the complexity of selling a home. We were really perplexed by how amazing our home looked on the various social media platforms John utilizes.The pictures looked sensational and the feature sheets were beautiful. What impressed us the most was the interactive virtual tour, allowing prospective buyers to virtually view our house from the comfort of their own home. The open house was a huge success as it was even advertised on a local multicultural radio station. This combined with John's innovative marketing strategies resulted in our home being sold for well over the asking price and we could not be more pleased. Thank you John for being a true professional. We will be recommending you to all our friends and family looking at buying and selling.</p>
