Moving from the Lower Mainland and not having much knowledge of the different areas in the Shuswap, we could not have been more impressed with Jodi’s Knowledge of the area as well as her professionalism on all aspects from the variety of property showings we were interested in, to the actual negotiating and closing of our deal. Being new to the community, Jodi has been our go to person for recommendations for all sorts of services including Home and Septic Inspectors, Tree Services and General Repair Tradesmen. We are now living our dream and we are so glad that Jodi helped us in making this happen!!

Realtor Jodi Towell is as professional as they come. In January 2021, while I was still overseas, I started looking online for a property in the Salmon Arm area and secured Jodi's services at around the same time. Jodi was extremely friendly and patient as she painstakingly responded to all my inquiries no matter what time of day it was. Bear in mind that we had a major time zone difference and she had to incur the risk of dealing with an overseas client. In the end, not only did Jodi secure me a house despite a hot property market, she also got me the best deal possible. And she still checks on my family and I from time to time to ensure we are acclimating well to the Shuswap! Hands down the best realtor in town!

Jodi was very helpful and accommodating with our last minute decision to buy the property. She took great care of us and we were very grateful!
