Jodi Towell gets my 10 outta 10, 5 star review. My husband & I were moving from out of town, so we had limited time. We were looking on our own online and found a house we liked and contacted the listing agent to ask to see it. Not only did she gladly accept; she offered to line up a few offers to see while we are at it. None were our home; so we planned on another time. Well, it took several trips. With our limited time for viewings; Jodi was very flexible for her schedule. We got the chance to see many different homes in all the different areas. When we finally settled on a home we loved, we got to see the are of negotiation side of her. It took some back and forth and an initial bow out; but our home was definitely meant to be ours and Jodi got it for up! I’m so grateful for her. She is warm and compassionate and patient and so easy to work along side of. If I needed her services in the future, I would not hesitate. Jodi gets my full recommendation!
