Her advice is based on experience and can be trusted. Not only did Jocelyne list and sell my property, she was also the agent who arranged the purchase of a different property in a short turn around time. Throughout the buying process, Jocelyne sent me potential listings she knew I might like according to my preferences and budget, made herself available for multiple viewings in multiple neighbourhoods (even on a long weekend!), and helped secure my purchase! Jocelyne doesn’t consider her job done when the papers are signed, she stays in contact and is genuinely interested in how you’re doing beyond the sale. Jocelyne also has an incredible sense of humour. I trust her with all my real estate needs and I can guarantee that she will be my first call if I ever move again.
