Jocelyne was the best!!! We have never bought a house before and she did all the work!! She was very knowledgeable about all the stuff we had to do and and walked us through every phase of the buying, She was always prompt with returning calls or emails and so patient with us seniors who seemed to need everything explained twice!!! Even now I call on her if I think something needs to be looked at and she calls up the contractors for me if she thinks anything needs to be looked into. Actually I would give her a 10 out of 5!!

Everything was made very quick and easy for me. My dealings were very last minute. Jocelyne did everything she could to help with the purchase, details, and much of our dealings happened in the evening as that is when I had time. Very helpful. Great transaction
