Joanne was my feet on the ground when I was looking for a house from halfway across Canada. She quickly got the feel for what I was looking for was a great aid in finding it. Her assistant Geri is equally amazing ready to step in when Joanne was busy elsewhere. It took some time, but in the end I got the exact house I wanted.

Joanne is friendly and knows her stuff. She has sold two houses for us and it was such an easy process and we were so happy with the result. She made every step easy, gave guidance, and also gave us room to make our own decisions. She also has great contacts to help with anything you may need in preparing to sell a house. I haven't worked with her to buy a house yet but my father is and is finding her very helpful, that she listens, shares options, and gives advice based on what they want.
