<p>I just wanted to thank you for all your help and guidance through this process. Your advise on what we should update in our home before selling was sound and saved us a lot of money. I don't know how many homes we saw, but it was a lot and that was a learning process for us. It allowed us to really decide what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. I know I called you several times just to talk about our options and just to get some reassurance that it would all work out in the end, and it did.</p> <p>Prior to this, Al was a firm believer that you don't need a realtor to buy or sell a house. In Edmonton he always did it on his own. Now that we are in our new home and the process is over, he agrees that we could not have done it without your guidance.
