Return customer here! I have reached out to Jim for the lease of 1 property, the sale of 2 properties and the purchase of another. The assumption may be that a property sells itself however I've learned otherwise from Jim. Jim first ensures the property is in it's best condition to list. He makes his suggestions and recommendations on what low cost updates can be made to result in a huge return. He will also stage at no extra cost. He constantly provides updates on market trends and also provides suggestions to help maintain your current property to ensure its stays in the best condition to prepare for sales even way into the future. During the sale he kept in touch with all the buyers agents to ensure keeping their interest at its peak and kept me in the loop all steps of they way. For the purchase of our property we dragged this poor guy around for years and he remained patient with us the whole time. He finally found a property he knew we'd want before he even sent it to us. He has family plans the same day we went to go view the property and as soon as we saw it we wanted to put in an offer immediately. Jim insisted he do his research first to ensure we're putting in a fair offer. The time it took for the extra research was falling into his family plans but it didnt matter because he knew we were going to want this home. He completed his research, wrote up the offer and manage to get our offer in before the evening was over. Needless to say, we got out home :)
