I can’t recommend Jessica Brittner enough! As first-time homebuyers, my boyfriend and I were a bit nervous about the whole process, but Jessica made it so much easier and enjoyable. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a home and only showed us properties that met our needs. Not only did she guide us to great homes, but she also educated us on the different types of homes throughout the city, and how homes from various generations were built. Her expertise gave us the confidence we needed to make informed decisions. What really stood out, was how much fun she made the entire process! She was always so friendly, approachable, and made sure we never felt pressured. Jessica was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or needed clarification. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thanks to Jessica, we found our perfect first home and had an amazing experience throughout the entire process. Jessica was fantastic to work with. She had great knowledge of the structure and foundation of houses in Regina. A house without structural issues was our number one priority and Jessica’s knowledge of basements in Regina definitely helped ease our concerns. She was so flexible, whether it was scheduling a full day of showings on the one day we could come to Regina or showing us houses over video chat. She was always available to answer all our questions and was very professional. I would 100% use her again and would recommend her to anyone I know.
