Jessica was very professional. Her explanation of the selling process & the selling market at the time, was excellent. Jessica was amazing from the start, when I decided it was time to stop renting and start building my dream of home ownership. She was always a phone call away or an email. My Dad was also impressed with how she only had my best interest at heart when dealing and looking at houses. She wanted to make sure things were to my satisfaction and I understood the information I needed to know. My Dad said if ever he and my mom choose to sell they would contact Jessica and take there business to her.

My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home; somewhere to build a family in. Nobody could have predicted the extreme market conditions that existed when we entered the buying market. Jessica was not only extremely knowledgeable about the market conditions, but she helped us navigate the rocky waters and helped us find our forever home very quickly! She was very fast to respond to questions/requests and went out of her way to get us showings on short notice. Even though it seemed to happen very quick, my fiancé and I didn't feel rushed when it came to making the offer and this was largely due to Jess's guidance, knowledge and professionalism. We would highly recommend Jess to all our family and friends.

Jessica proved to be an invaluable resource during the selling of our house and looking for our new place. She was prepared with information and contacts to help us prepare our home for sale, on as quick a pace as we could arrange. During the showing process, she kept us updated as to all of the appointments and feedback. With her work, we were able to quickly sell our house in a very short time frame, and exactly where we had initially considered to be a fair price. With the purchase of our new place, she was able to provide insight and advice on the location, build type, pricing and a huge number of the little details that we were just guessing at on our own.
