My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home; somewhere to build a family in. Nobody could have predicted the extreme market conditions that existed when we entered the buying market. Jessica was not only extremely knowledgeable about the market conditions, but she helped us navigate the rocky waters and helped us find our forever home very quickly! She was very fast to respond to questions/requests and went out of her way to get us showings on short notice. Even though it seemed to happen very quick, my fiancé and I didn't feel rushed when it came to making the offer and this was largely due to Jess's guidance, knowledge and professionalism. We would highly recommend Jess to all our family and friends.

Jessica proved to be an invaluable resource during the selling of our house and looking for our new place. She was prepared with information and contacts to help us prepare our home for sale, on as quick a pace as we could arrange. During the showing process, she kept us updated as to all of the appointments and feedback. With her work, we were able to quickly sell our house in a very short time frame, and exactly where we had initially considered to be a fair price. With the purchase of our new place, she was able to provide insight and advice on the location, build type, pricing and a huge number of the little details that we were just guessing at on our own. We did not have much time with Jessica as our son was the buyer we were the co-signers. Although, Our son speaks highly of Jessica and her real estate expertise and for the short time that we met with Jessica she is was very personable and professional and I would not hesitate to ask for her assistance and and advice whenever it is time us to sell or buy.
