I cannot say enough good things about Jessica. She has so much knowledge not only on the neighbourhood, but has a very keen eye for structural aspects of houses. As a first time home buyer myself, I had no idea what to look for, what to watch for and so on. With all of Jessica’s experience she knew exactly what to look for, what to point out, and always had information on who, how, and where to get things fixed or information on companies such as who we would contact for bracing a wall and roughly how much it would cost. She listened to everything we said and provided us with so many different listings that even though we may not have looked at that house originally she pointed out some great things just to give us a different perspective. We never felt any pressure from Jessica and she always shared her honest opinions with us, I cannot say enough good things about that. She is always so patient and always made us feel so confident especially when we found the perfect house for us to start our family. We will absolutely be recommending her to any friends and family that are looking for their future homes and if we decide to move in the future she will be our first call.

Jessica is an amazing agent! She went above and beyond both in helping us sell our home and in the purchase of a new one. She is friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to spot things like foundation issues or water damage that my partner and I would not have noticed on our own.
