We tried selling our house last year with no luck. We called Jennifer and not only did she have a professional photographer come in, she also had a professional video made as well. The presentation was great and she provided ample COVID supplies in a time where it was next to impossible to get masks/gloves/hand sanitizer. Very impressive and very generous. The most important part - the house sold in less than 3 weeks!

I am an academic and the time had come for my wife and I to sell our home of 30+ years in River Heights. I appreciated from reviewing Jennifer’s Biography that she had attained a high-level of education (her MBA). While very friendly, she is also very intelligent and would give me statistics that helped greatly throughout the selling process. There were some ups and downs as our house was listed right at the beginning of the pandemic, but she got us through and the house sold to a lovely family.

We are picky and we know it. It is hard to find an agent that we are happy with. The home we were selling was over the $1 million price point, and we knew it would be a tougher sale in Winnipeg. We had already tried to sell with one realtor, then tried for over a year to sell the house ourselves. Finally, we gave up and called Jennifer based on a friend’s recommendation. She came with a clear and concise marketing plan, which garnered a lot more “eyes” than our previous marketing had. Within a week we had our first offer, which we did turn down as we had great confidence with Jennifer. Over the course of the listing she continued to bring in new buyers and ultimately presented us with 3 offers. Which is 3 offers more than anyone else had. We were happy with her services and her marketing. She was also the first agent that made an effort to follow up with us regularly (at a minimum once a week, even if there had been no showings). I was a military transfer and I read online reviews to see who was good as my previous agent had not done such a great job for me. Jennifer was the name that kept coming up, so I gave her a call. Not only was she able to give me a quick assessment, she also gave advice on how to best market my property even with some of the negatives that were present within the home. She had the home sold in under two weeks and was able to refer me to a lawyer that was also registered with BGRS. It was a much different and far more pleasant experience than my first time around!
