<p>I have trusted Jennifer Queen and her team with the sale of two condos, and the purchase of our new home. Jennifer and her team go above and beyond.</p> <p>She provided an easy to read weekly report on the sale of my home, including information on the market. I looked forward to receiving the report each week.</p> <p>For the sale of my condo (during the pandemic) Jennifer provided a box with sanitizer, wipes, and baggies with gloves and a mask. She also included two frames welcoming visitors to my home. This was such a wonderful touch that I did not see in other homes I viewed.</p> <p>Throughout the sale of both my condos Jennifer was always available for questions, and opinions on the condo market.</p> <p>With her many social media contacts, connections, posts, and wonderful video and pictures, Jennifer gave us the best chance to sell our condo.</p> <p>When we found our dream home to buy, Jennifer and Ashton were supportive and so helpful during the negotiation and signing stages.</p> <p>I would absolutely recommend that anyone considering selling your home, or looking to buy a home, should consider Jennifer and her team.</p>

Amy was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to look at when buying houses. My husband and I were buying our first home and had no previous experience so it was very helpful to have a real agent who knows a lot about houses. She wasnt trying just to sell but was always honest with us when she found something that could cause problems in the future like foundational cracks, aluminium wiring or changes that have been done to a home without permits being pulled. She was very flexible and friendly and we even got the house we wanted for a really good deal.

Amy provided outstanding customer service as I was on the search for my first home. I found her through reviewing ratings of local agent in my area - and I must say her reviews are on point! She was thorough in discovering where I was searching, provided listings every day as they became available and made herself any day and time of the week needed to do showings or gather more information. While viewing homes, she also carries knowledge of common issues to look for with major mechanical and structural elements of the home. A great bonus for someone unfamiliar with all of these aspects of a property. Further she went above and beyond once I had made the offer and secured my home, making sure I had access to the property before possession to have contractors complete estimates and do measurements before I moved in.
