Jennifer is an amazing person to work with! It was my first time buying a house, and I had no idea how the entire process worked, despite that Jennifer took her time and explained everything, making sure that I understood and was aware of all the conditions prior to buying the house! She was very transparent, and will definitely work with her in the future! Highly recommend!

I called on Jennifer early in my looking for a home. She met with me at my convenience and made a presentation of a few examples of places in a few price ranges. Once I had a pre-approved mortgage we got busy and she showed me place after place and was thorough when inspecting being extremely honest about what she saw. She presented a few offers and then finally after demonstrating plenty of patience the home that I was looking for appeared and the deal was struck. She saw me through the process and helped the process to be as smooth and hitchless as possible. I would highly recommend Jennifer to any of my friends or family looking to buy or sell a home.

Jennifer has been such a great help for us when we looked for a house up North! Always available,reliant and with helpful advices/suggestions. She helped us tremendously with the transition of moving to a whole new city and community. We cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for us! I was trying to buy a home in SSM while still living in Calgary. Due to the Covid 19 issue, I was unable to travel to the Soo to visually look at houses. I contacted a couple other realtors here in town who didn't seem very enthusiastic or helpful and I was getting a bit frustrated as I had already sold my place in Calgary. When I contacted Jennifer, she responded quickly, showed a sincere interest in what I was looking for and immediately went to work for me. The home she found for me is darling and I love it here. I can't say enough good about Jennifer. Not only did she smoothly help me with my real estate transaction, she went above and beyond with the transition of getting me settled, providing contact numbers and guiding me through things I would need to get done once I arrived. I felt through the whole process that I had an advocate. Jennifer is a credit to her profession and I would recommend her highly.
