She communicated clearly and consistently, even when there wasn’t much news to share. We knew she was always just a message away. Jennifer is calm, down to earth, and incredibly knowledgeable, and she navigated some trickier moments with patience and persistence - often going above and beyond by checking in late at night or first thing in the morning. When I started my house hunting journey, Jen was there every step of the way whether it be 8am messages about listings to 10pm messages about how overwhelmed I was. I gave her my wish list and I was approved and signing my mortgage papers within 2 weeks of coming to an agreement with the seller. She has a lot of contacts and connections in the real estate world and she uses every one of them to get the job done. Most importantly she is honest and truly in it for her clients whether they are looking to buy, sell or both. She made the biggest purchase of my life stress free. If 10 stars was an option I’d give her 12!
